The Mermaid Salon CryBaby Aqua - Liner is an amazing hybrid of traditional eyeliner and face paint. It comes as a solid 'cake' of pigment. When you add water, it transforms into a cream or liquid, and you can control the consistency! Just use a wet brush of your preferred size to mix water with the pigment cake, and you'll get a creamy formula ready to apply. You can use it as an eyeliner on your eyelids or as face paint. This is a small pot, only 2.8cm in diameter, but a little of this product goes a long way. It's vegan - friendly and cruelty - free. It weighs 3 grams. The ingredients include talc, glycerine, acacia Stengel gum, polysorbate 20, methylparaben, titanium dioxide, and may contain FD&C red, FD&C yellow, FD&C blue.
