You can apply it to your eyes, lips, and face. It's 100% vegan and cruelty - free, made in the USA. It weighs 20 ml (0.67 fl. oz). Ingredients include water, VP/VA copolymer, and propylene glycol. Using this eyeliner is super easy. First, you can take your eye dust or eye shadow and mix it with this product. If you want a glittery look, add some of our glitter products to the mix. Then, you can apply it to your eyes, lips, or face. Before you start using it regularly, we suggest you do a patch test on a small area of your skin. Wait for a while and see if there's any redness or itching. If there is, don't use it anymore. There's no special maintenance needed for this product.
