How to use: You can apply this Moonlight Lavender Loose Pigment with your desired brush or a clean finger. It can be layered on top of a primer or dusted directly onto the skin for extra shine and shimmer. For the best result, apply it to a tacky base like a primer, moisturizer, or sunscreen. If you want intense pigmentation, pack the pigment on top of your favorite eyeshadow primer or 'glitter glue'. You can also use it with a mixing medium to line. Add it over any Black Moon lipstick, eyeshadow, or Moonlighter. Removing the pigment: If it's lightly dusted on the skin, a facial cleanser is enough. If used over a primer, first use a cleansing balm or makeup - removing balm to loosen the pearls, then wash with a facial cleanser. Don't use makeup wipes to remove it.
