The Stipple Sponge is an open - weave, coarsely - textured sponge. It's perfect for Tramp / Hobo Clowns and theatrical makeup, creating all sorts of stubble effects. How to use: For creating stubble effects on Tramp / Hobo Clowns or theatrical makeup, just dip the sponge in the makeup and gently press it on the skin. To create the look of broken blood vessels or texture on aliens and other creatures, use it with special - effects makeup and apply it carefully.
