It comes in a creamy, vegan formula that not only colors but also conditions your hair. Manic Panic Hair Color is fortified with a herbal and protein complex, restoring moisture to processed hair without causing damage. It's 100% vegan, with no animal by - products and no animal testing. The product weighs 4 fl. oz / 118ml. Note: Always do a patch test before regular use. Stop using if redness or itching occurs.
